- Boil daal and add water as required.Take a pan heat up oil ghee add mustard seeds, cumin seeds carom serds when it starts crackling add bay leaf, currey leaves, red chilli, cloves, peanuts cook untill peanuts starts crackle then add daal then all left ingredients. Add water as required. Mix well and cook in slow flame untill a boil.
- Mix all the ingredients of dhokli and make a soft dough now roll dough and make chapati now cut in diamond shape.
- Now when dal starts boiling add dhokli and cook untill it dhokli cook. Stir in intervals, cook it in medium flame
