  4. Mix the potatoes well, then add a cup of normal water, meanwhile beat fresh curd, add a bit of water for the finess.
  5. Now add beaten curd to the Potatoes, mix the potatoes and curd well until the raw smell of curd fades out
  6. Continue stirring until the smell fades out and the mix begins to boil and then serve with Chapatis or Tawa Parathas. Also, one can have during fasting, instead of normal salt, one can use rock salt.
