- First wash and soak moong dal in water for 5-6 hours.

- Now making kachoris -- Break the dough into small balls.take a portion / ball,spread in your palm,add tbsp of prepared stuffing and close nicely.Fill all kachori likewise.
- To roast the kachori - Heat a appam pan, keep the flame low,put some oil in each mould,place the kachoris in mould,put / brush few drops of oil over it too. Cover the pan and check after 2 -3 mins.(cook on low flame).
- Flip all, cover it and cook until golden brown from both sides.
- Mini moong dal kachori is ready to serve. serve hot with green chutney (coriander +mint chutney) or with sauce.
