  19. 7 green chilli

Steps to make to make Curd kadhi

  1. In our first step we have to prepare for pakode,take 100gm besan add red chilli powder,1 tablespoon of turmeric powder,1 tablespoon salf,1 tablespoon azwaien,1 onion(cut in small pieces),3 green chilli(cut in small pieces),1 tablespoon of kasturi fenugreek,and coriander leaves.Mix them with the help of water.It should be not very thick nor very watery should be medium.Mix them for five minutes properly. At last take mustard oil in pan and make pakode.
  2. For the second step we will prepare for tadka.take 2 tablespoon mustard oil in a pan when oil will become heat then add mustard seeds for ten seconds then add fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds,hing and red chilli after 10 seconds add green chilli and curry leaves.
  3. Add garlic cloves untill become light brown then add onion when onion become light brown then add mixer of curd and besan(that should be prepare in start add 1 cup curd with 50 gm besan with turmeric and water) add that in pan and mix well add water 2 glass and salt according to taste.
  4. After 10-15 minutes at medium gas kadhi will be ready.garnish with coriander leaves.and add pakode.
  5. We can eat this with rice and bread.
