  3. Deep fry it in hot oil.
  4. For halwa,in ghee fry Cardomn for 1 min add suji and cook on low flame until color changes and aroma
  5. Mix sugar with 2 glass of water and yellow food colour. Add in suji and mix well.add coconut and nuts.
  6. Put halwa on dum.serve with puri
