  4. Take a pan, and pour the smoked mustard oil in it.
  5. Once it gets heated, keep the flame on medium. And dip the potato slices one by one and pour into the oil.
  6. You can put nearby 10 pcs in 1 round.
  7. Keep pouring the oil with the strainer on the pakoras.
  8. Once golden brown in colour. Take them out with the strainer so that lesser oil is intact.
  9. Repeat the same process.
  10. Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup!!
