- Chop vegetables and wash them put in pressure cooker. add haldi powder,water and salt. cook it till three whistles. In a Kadai add two tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Add one cup chopped onions and saute till it become light pink. Now add chopped tomatoe and green chillies.Cooked till it become soft. Now add all dry spices.mix well.
- Now open the pressure cooker and mash cooked vegetables. Add half glass of water in prepared masala for bhaji. Now add 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and mix well.tranfer boiled and mashed vegetables and boiled peas.mix well.
- Add lemonjuice. garnish with green coriander. heat a nonstick pan. Apply butter on pav bread and serve with bhaji..
