  3. 1 bowl Jaggery
  4. To taste Cardomom powder
  5. As needed Oil for frying

  2. Mix with coconut. Add cardomom powder.
  3. Let it cool

  5. Roll medium thick chapati and with cookie cutter make small round shaped puris
  6. Now stuff above coconut mixture in each puri and prepare Madaks.
  7. Heat oil in kadai. Add oil on medium to high flame fry Modaks till golden brown.add some ghee and just dig in.very tasty recipe 😍
