  7. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  8. 2 Green chillies chopped
  9. 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  10. 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  11. 1 Finely chopped onion medium sized
  12. 2 Finely chopped tomatoes medium sized
  13. 2 tsp Red chilli Sauce
  14. 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  15. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  16. 1 pinch Garam Masala
  17. as required Required salt
  18. for For garnishing
  19. 50 grams Paneer (Optional)
  20. 1 tbsp Butter-1tbsp
  21. some black olives(Pitted)
  22. some coriander leaves to garnish

Steps to make to make Indian spicy macaroni/ Pasta

  1. Boiling Macaroni/ Pasta: Boil the water. And when it starts boiling add salt and oil. Let it boil for 1 min and add macaroni and cook. Once it's completely cooked,strain excess water and Keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile Heat up a pan, add in butter and fry paneer(any shape) till golden brown. Once it's done keep aside.
  3. In the same pan, pour oil in to it.
  4. Add cumin,once it starts to splutter, add chopped green chillies and saute.
  5. Now add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and saute it for a minute.
  6. Now add chopped onions,cook for 2 mins and add tomatoes.
  7. Mix well and cook for 2 mins. Add in - Salt,chilli powder, garam masala,ketchup, red chilli Sauce. Mix everything well and cover and cook for 5 mins in a medium low flame.
  8. Now add in the boiled macaroni/ Pasta and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 more mins.
  9. Tada ! Done.... Now garnish the spicy macaroni with some coriander leaves, paneer and olives.
  10. Serve hot !
