Add chillies, ginger and onion to the batter. Mix well. Add eno and mix till bubbles appear on surface pour batter in tray till half capacity. Steam on high flame for 5 mins and then on low flame for 10 mins. Cool and cut in pieces.
  2. Tadka.. heat oil in a pan. Add all ingredients mentioned under tadka and pour over the dhokla. Enjoy!
