Steps to make to make Masala chicken

  1. Wash chicken
  2. In a mixing bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste & garam masala mix it well and keep it for 30 minutes
  3. Once it becomes soft saute till all the water evaporates.
  4. Heat oil in a wok add onion slice and saute until it's change in brown colour.
  5. Now add whole spices (cardamom, cloves, bay leaf & cinnamon) saute for one minute.
  6. Add tomato puree and cashew paste mix it well.
  7. Add red chilli, turmeric, coriander and salt mix it well add little water and saute until oil comes above.
  8. Now add marinated chicken in a masala & milk mix it well add required water and cooked until chicken become soft and tender. (Adding milk just give a authentic and creamy sauce)
  9. Now serve hot with chapati or rice.
