  7. 1 tbsp Curd
  8. 1 Potato (optional)

  1. Soak sabudana overnight in water at the height of sago. The sago absorbs the water and swells. Add 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp of Salt (or as per taste).
  2. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Meanwhile chop green chillies. Potato optional.
  3. When oil is hot, add jeera seeds, curry leaves and stir well.
  4. Add peanuts and mix well
  5. Add the fluffy sago and mix well.
  6. Add 1 tbsp curd and mix well.
  7. Let it cook till the sago is slightly transparent and serve hot.
