  1. First prepare the dough In a bowl put maida and all ingredients and prepare the dough tight and make small balls and paper small puris.
  2. Heat oil and fry the Puris and keep aside.
  3. In a pressure cooker put oil add jeera and add add Ginger onion green chilli e and fry for 2 minutes then add chana dal All dry masala and salt and water how much you need and take three whistles in a pressure cooker. Dal is ready.
  4. The Dal pakwan is ready.When you serve the Dal pakwan you can in a plate put Puri and dal and imli ki chutney and coriander chutney and onion and garnish with coriander leaves.
