- For dough-: Take a bowl add wheat flour,maida, ajwain,salt,oil and water knead the dough and keep aside for 15- 20 minutes.
- Boil the green matar and cool it and grind by adding one green chilli.
- Take a pan add oil heat it add hing and matar paste and add salt, black pepper.and coo kit till water get absorb and cool it.
- First boil the potatoes and cook it. Grind the tomato by adding green chilli.Take a pan add oil, hing, jeera, cook it few minute then add tomato paste.
- Add dry masala and boiled potatoes.
- Add water as required and cook it 10 mins,then add kasoori methi and paneer cubes.Cook it few minutes.
- For kachori-: Take add small ball and roll it and spread the matar mixture and fold it and again roll it.
- Take a kadhai and add oil and fry the kachori.
- Take a plate put the matar kachori and pour the aloo sabzi and green chuntey.
